1. What products does TheLomer sell? We specialize in pet hair removal tools, starting with our self-cleaning roller designed for homes with cats and dogs. The roller features a durable, washable surface that pulls embedded fur from upholstery, bedding, clothing, and car interiors. We focus on quality over quantity, so we only offer products that solve real shedding problems effectively.
2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside these areas, we hope to expand soon, but for now we can only fulfill orders within the United States and its territories.
3. What are your shipping options and times? We offer Standard shipping (7-14 business days) for $15. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before dispatch, so the total delivery time is from the date your order leaves our facility. You will receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.
4. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us first at support@thelomer.shop. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives defective or damaged, in which case we cover the return.
5. How do I track my order? As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. This number works with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the carrier assigned to your package. You can use it on the carrier's website to see the delivery status and estimated arrival date. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.
6. How does the self-cleaning feature work? The roller's surface is made of a specially designed material that traps hair on contact. Once you've removed the fur, you simply rinse the roller under warm water and let it air dry. The hair slides off easily, and the roller is ready for use again-no sticky refills, no batteries, and no mess.
7. Will the roller work on delicate fabrics like lace or wool? Our roller is gentle enough for most fabrics, including delicate knits, because it doesn't use aggressive adhesives or harsh bristles. However, we recommend testing on a small hidden area first, especially for very fragile or loose-weave materials. The smooth surface glides without pulling threads, making it safe for everyday use on sofas, curtains, and blankets.
8. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't already shipped. To cancel, email us at support@thelomer.shop with your order number and we'll process the cancellation and refund promptly. After 24 hours, orders enter our processing queue and may not be cancellable.
